Imorian By Nene sets to host Lagos Fashion Hangout

A renowned consulting firm, Imorian By Nene is set to host its annual Lagos Fashion Hangout.

The event is schedule to hold on the 20th of July 2019 in Victoria Island, Lagos.

According to the founder and organizer, Frances Obonna, “Lagos Fashion Hangout is an annual workshop for members of the fashion industry.

“It is focused on educating its participants on how to successfully run a fashion business”, Obonna said.

Speaking further, the founder posited that Lagos Fashion Hangout has greatly impacted the Fashion Industry in Nigeria.

Highlighting their achievements, “we currently have over forty Nigerians in the Fashion Industry who after attending the Lagos Fashion Hangout are excelling in the field.

“Aside this, we mentor and give 24/7 online support”.

Furthermore, Obonna noted that this year they are working in partnership with Fashion Center for Design and Business to sponsor one participant to a fashion illustration school.

“In addition, we have also partnered with Nigerian Student Fashion and Design Week to sponsor one participant to feature his/her design on their runway this year.

Some of the distinguished guest trainers for this year are Juliet Olanipekun, Jumoke Shotonwa, Kanyin Adio-Moses, Chy Nwakanma, Emaodia Ogbebor and Onyinyechi Anozie.

“We also have bonus masterclasses. The registration fee for this event is 7,000 Naira as this covers lunch, training materials, vision board materials, certificate etc.

We are running a 10% discount on every registration before 10th of July”, Obonna said.
