Firm Bridged Housing Gap, Offers Affordable Housing Units to Nigerians 

Leading real estate firm, Crystal Tee Square Nigeria limited, has described provision of affordable housing driven with customer-friendly initiatives as the best way to bridge the alarming housing deficit in the country.

The firm said this measure will bridge the housing gap in the country and improve the nations’ Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

As a demonstration of this, the firm during its annual summit tagged, “Affordable Housing Summit’’ held in Lagos, offered a discount rate on its estates that cut across Lagos, Ogun and Oyo states to participants which included both high and low-income earners.

According to industry data, Nigeria, Africa’s most populous country is facing a housing deficit of over 22 million with Lagos state, the economic capital of the country facing over 4 million deficits.

Determined to bridge this gap and create a sustainable solution, Managing Director, Crystal Tee Square Property, Pastor Olatunde Oloyede said the firm has been positioned to redefine Nigerian real estate sector by offering Nigerians from all sectors of the economy access to housing at a flexible payment mode and discount rates.

Speaking at the event, Barrister Jide Ologun who delivered a keynote address on, “Real Estate and Investment’’ described real estate as the ‘future of man’.

He identified real estate as a lucrative enterprise that will continue to appreciate with full reward.

Barrister Ologun lauded the firm’s initiative in solving housing deficit in the country and urged the government to create an enabling environment that will help businesses to strive for optimum growth and attract foreign investment.
