The telecommunications company, 9mobile has debunked the allegation that it was part of organisations and individuals that encroached on a land belonging to the National Eye Centre, Kaduna.
According to an official statement released by company, “Our attention has been drawn to a report recently published on several online platforms that the Arewa Youth Movement for Good Governance accused the telco of allegedly encroaching on a piece of land belonging to National Eye Centre, Kaduna.”
The telecommunication company holds that “Contrary to the reportage of the issue on the news site, we wish to inform the general public that 9mobile does not own the said site or any other site within the area covered by the National Eye Centre, Kaduna.”
A team from 9mobile has engaged top-level officials of the National Eye Centre, Kaduna, to reiterate the non-ownership of this site, as stated in the report.
“We wish to assure the general public that 9mobile is an ethical organisation with strong relationships with different stakeholder groups across the board. 9mobile will continue to offer a great experience on its network with priority on Quality of Service, Innovation, and Customer Experience,” it said.
